The Symphony No. 40 in g minor is one of his most celebrated and widely performed works and one of a trio of symphonies (all written within three months in 1788), considered the pinnacle of his symphonic works. Rounding out this fabulous program is the rapturous motet Exsultate, jubilate for soprano and the breathtaking Piano Concerto No. 20, in which Maestro Radu will perform as soloist while conducting from the keyboard (as did Mozart).
